Full Time Position - Torbay

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our growing team at our new location. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing preventive dental care services, such as cleaning teeth and instructing patients on oral hygiene. The Dental Hygienist will also be expected to perform diagnostic procedures, such as taking and developing x-rays, as well as other clinical duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide preventive dental care, including cleaning teeth and providing oral hygiene instruction.

• Assess patients' oral health and educate them on proper oral hygiene techniques.

• Take dental x-rays.

• Perform root planing and scaling procedures.

• Perform periodontal charting.

• Apply topical fluoride and sealants.

• Assist dentists in providing treatment, as needed.

Licence/Certification:
